Explore your journey

Who is it for?

Product vendors, authorised suppliers and organisations supplying technology or equipment.

What can we do together?

01

Product and territory assessment

02

Ordering and fulfilment arrangements

03

Warranty, returns and reconciliation planning

What to prepare

  • Legal business details and product catalogue
  • Supply authorisations where applicable, territories and lead times
  • Commercial terms, warranty, returns and support information

Begin with a brief introduction. Our team will explain any documents needed during review.

Commercial terms and expectations

Currency, taxes, delivery charges, credit terms and price validity are confirmed before ordering. Listing does not guarantee purchase volumes.

We confirm responsibilities, what is included and what requires a separate agreement before work begins.

Your suppliers journey

  1. Introduce your catalogue and coverage
  2. Complete supplier and product review
  3. Agree pricing, ordering, delivery and support terms
  4. Receive approved orders and reconcile delivery and invoices

Your enquiry is reviewed before partner approval, account access or an assignment is confirmed.

Learn, demonstrate and grow with Afrisol

Our partner pathway includes product and standards learning, short knowledge assessments and practical checks appropriate to your role. Approved work begins within an agreed scope during a three-month provisional accreditation period.

First three months

Build product knowledge, complete supervised work where required and review your readiness with your Afrisol sponsor.

Continuing reviews

Monthly check-ins, quarterly performance reviews, six-month skills and access reviews, and an annual relationship review keep your progression clear.

Approved responsibilities

Selling, implementation and administrative access require separate approval. Progression depends on evidence and agreed terms, not elapsed time alone.

Your agreement and onboarding plan confirm the applicable assessments, review dates and commercial terms. Our team confirms course availability and activation before work begins.
