Monitoring, support and renewal responsibilities
What to prepare
- Business details and intended customer markets
- Workload types, locations, security and capacity needs
- Who sells, bills, supports and administers each customer
Begin with a brief introduction. Our team will explain any documents needed during review.
Commercial terms and expectations
Cloud consumption, licences, migration, backup and support are itemised in the proposal. Provider eligibility and availability are checked before commitment.
We confirm responsibilities, what is included and what requires a separate agreement before work begins.
Your cloud partners journey
- Describe your customer workloads
- Review architecture, region, costs and responsibilities
- Agree the offer, billing, access and support model
- Onboard approved workloads, verify readiness and support customers
Your enquiry is reviewed before partner approval, account access or an assignment is confirmed.
Learn, demonstrate and grow with Afrisol
Our partner pathway includes product and standards learning, short knowledge assessments and practical checks appropriate to your role. Approved work begins within an agreed scope during a three-month provisional accreditation period.
First three months
Build product knowledge, complete supervised work where required and review your readiness with your Afrisol sponsor.
Continuing reviews
Monthly check-ins, quarterly performance reviews, six-month skills and access reviews, and an annual relationship review keep your progression clear.
Approved responsibilities
Selling, implementation and administrative access require separate approval. Progression depends on evidence and agreed terms, not elapsed time alone.
Your agreement and onboarding plan confirm the applicable assessments, review dates and commercial terms. Our team confirms course availability and activation before work begins.
